Astronauts Series

The astronaut series consists of 9 decanters and were issued fro 1969 thru 1974 to commemorate named space related events that occurred at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.  They are tear drop in shape, 8.5" tall and iridescent finished.  The Skylab decanters had a rounder body on a pedestal with a frosted finish.  The decanters had various markings on the bottom, but all have Wheaton N.J. Apollo 11 & 12 have limited edition great American series, Apollo 13 thru 17 have first edition great space series. The Skylab decanters have first edition.
